StoneArch Condominiums of Windham has 30 detached-home condominiums which are set on a cul-de-sac to evoke a neighborhood feel. The design concept was to bring active 55+ adults together using the Clubhouse area as the focal point for events, music, games, gardening, and a friendly game of pickleball, all of which facilitate the opportunity for fun and new friendships.​
